APPROVAL OF AFFILIATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN MANOR CARE NURSING CENTER OF SARASOTA FL, LLC D/B/A MANORCARE HEALTH SERVICES-SARASOTA AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Description
The School Board offers to enrolled students a Health Science program, and Manor Care Nursing Center of Sarasota FL, LLC d/b/a ManorCare Health Services-Sarasota manages a health care facility. The School Board desires to provide to its students a clinical learning experience and Manor Care Nursing Center of Sarasota FL, LLC d/b/a ManorCare Health Services-Sarasota has agreed to make its facility available to School Board for such purposes.
Recommendation
That the Affiliation between Manor Care Nursing Center of Sarasota FL, LLC d/b/a ManorCare Health Services-Sarasota and The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida be approved as presented.
